Q: Do you accept PayPal?
A: Yes, we accept PayPal payments. We also accept E-gold, Wire Transfer, and MoneyGram.
    Fee for Wire Transfer or MoneyGram will be cost to you.

Q: How long will it take to setup my account?
A: After we receive your payment, we will send you a questionnaire that will allow us to get more familiar with your company and services. Once we receive the completed questionnaire, we will begin our services within 72 hours.

Q: Can we use any helpdesk software?
A: For the time being, we will only support Kayako, which is why we're ask for eSupport License Payment for Helpdesk/Ticket Support . We do not support other helpdesk software at this time.

Q: Will my customers know that we outsource?
A: Absolutely not. We've taken every possible measure to ensure your customers cannot find out we are the ones providing the support to you.

Q: Will I get access to the eSupport and live chat software?
A: The Kayako eSupport will be installed on your domain so you can monitor tickets. However, we will not be able to give you access to the live chat software.

Q: Will you answer sales questions too?
A: We will answer certain basic plan or policy related questions via live chat. Anything else would be directed to your sales contact.

Q: Will you install the Kayako software for me?
A: We will install Kayako for $15

Q: Is there any discount if I have my own Kayako license?
A: No. We include the Kayako license in the cost. It is not an additional fee therefore there would be no discount.
